Women are more likely to seek help, but are they getting the care they truly need? In Australia, 88% of women aged 15 and over visited a GP between 2021 and 2022, compared to 79% of men. Women are taking charge of their health, but the healthcare system doesn’t always meet their needs.

Too often, women’s concerns are dismissed, their symptoms minimised, and their experiences overlooked. At Ponti Health, we believe every woman deserves to be heard, considered, and supported with care designed for her unique needs.

That’s why our initial GP consultations are 30 or 60 minutes, because good medicine takes time. We don’t shy away from slow, intentional care. It’s what allows our GPs, specialists in hormone-informed, integrated health, to truly understand you and create a plan that supports your whole wellbeing.

Endometriosis is not just period pain. It is our mission to educate and support as many women as possible.

It is a chronic, often invisible condition that can impact every part of a woman’s life, from work and relationships, emotional well-being and day-to-day living. Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows in other parts of the body, causing inflammation, scarring, and often debilitating pain.

In Australia, 1 in 7 women, or around 14% of women, are now estimated to live with Endometriosis. This represents an increase from 1 in 9, based on those diagnosed with the condition by the age of 44 to 49., compared to the previous estimate
