This week, we celebrate independence, visibility and inclusion for people who are blind or have low vision. The white cane is more than a mobility tool – it’s a symbol of confidence, safety, and empowerment.

We’re so excited to welcome Nikelah to The A Team🎉
She brings a passion for supporting NDIS Participants to understand the scheme, use their supports to the fullest and ensure informed decisions are made- every step of the way.
She believes in listening first, celebrating small wins, and making every interaction meaningful.

When Nikelah is not supporting Participants, you will find her spending quality time with her family or reading a book on her Kindle.

Like all services offered at Ability&Ambition, Support Coordination will be values-led and Participant centric.
