The Full Moon in Leo at 9:09am (AEDT) on the 2nd February 2026 brings emotional awareness into clear focus. Full Moons heighten feeling and reveal what has been building beneath the surface, particularly around confidence, recognition and leadership. Emotions can rise where expression has been held back, offering greater clarity around how emotional needs are being communicated and received.

With this Full Moon Leo, the focus is directed to individuality, creative expression and personal authority. Emotional patterns connected to pride, self confidence and the desire to be seen can surface beside themes of courage, warmth and leadership presence. This Leo Moon often reveals the difference between authentic self expression and external validation, bringing recognition to where confidence is internally grounded or shaped by comparison and expectation.

February reshapes priorities, perspective and emotional steadiness

February opens with a major influence in Aquarius. With the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Pluto are all sitting in Aquarius, attention is focused on perspective, systems, community and future direction. This creates a mentally active start to the month with a big picture focus, along with a tendency to step back emotionally to reassess how your life and business are structured.

The Full Moon in Leo on the 2nd brings a contrast, moving awareness to confidence, visibility and self expression. Feelings around recognition and being seen can surface more clearly, especially where effort has been driven by expectation rather than alignment. Between the 3rd and 5th, Uranus heads direct in Ta**us and continues forward until the 26th April. Attention settles around values, finances and material stability, with growing clarity around what feels dependable and what no longer fits current priorities.

From the 7th, Mercury moves into Pisces, followed by Venus on the 10th. Focus moves away from analysis and toward emotional awareness and intuition. Communication becomes more fluid and sensitivity increases, supporting a contemplative approach to conversations, relationships and business decisions.

On the 14th, Saturn moves into Aries and remains there until the 13th April 2028. Attention turns toward accountability and self responsibility. Decisions carry more weight, boundaries require clarity and effort is shaped by integrity rather than urgency.

The New Moon in Aquarius on the 17th returns focus to future vision and contribution. As the Sun moves into Pisces on the 19th, attention turns inward, supporting emotional processing. Toward the end of the month, Mercury slows and heads retrograde between the 25th and 27th February, making review part of closing February.

Neptune in Aries closes a 14 year chapter and opens a new collective drive.

Neptune has been sitting in Pisces since the 4th February 2012, in a collective cycle of heightened sensitivity, blurred boundaries and deep internal redirection. This has not been an obvious process, but it has been undeniable. It has influenced how people process truth, trust intuition, navigate uncertainty and let go of identities that no longer fit. Neptune has dissolved old dreams, exposed illusion and softened certainty, not to confuse, but to pull back the curtain and reveal what was never real enough to hold.

Neptune in Pisces has impacted those with mutable sign placements, particularly Sun, Moon and Rising signs, where life may have felt like it was asking for surrender before direction. There has been a sense of waiting, drifting or searching, while inner clarity slowly formed under the surface.

Neptune moves into Aries at 4:35am AEDT on the 27th January 2026, and will remain there until 11:13am AEST on the 22nd May 2038, beginning a very different chapter. Aries brings initiation, assertiveness and a return to instinct. Collectively, there is a shift from dissolving into defining, from feeling everything to acting with intention. This doesn’t remove sensitivity, but it changes what is done with it. Inspiration becomes more active; intuition becomes more immediate and inner vision wants movement.
