Ever wondered why some therapies call themselves “frequency-based” and what that actually means?

Let’s talk science -but in simple human language.

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy has been studied for years in clinical and lab settings. At a basic level, PEMF delivers tiny pulses of electromagnetic fields to tissues. These pulses can interact with cells in ways that may influence electrical balance and signalling at a cellular level - like ion exchange and membrane potential, which are key parts of how cells communicate.

There’s also peer-reviewed research exploring terahertz frequency effects on cells and biological structures, helping scientists understand how electromagnetic energy in the terahertz range interacts with molecules like water and proteins.

None of this is magic. It’s physics meeting physiology.

PEMF and other frequency-responsive approaches aren’t about forcing change. They’re about supporting the communication and electrical environment that’s already part of how the body works.
