We’re excited to welcome Chloe Herron as the newest member of the Enliven Housing team!

Chloe joins our growing Tenancy Team as a Tenancy and Property Officer, supporting our tenants across NSW. With a background in Applied Psychology and Clinical Health Psychology, Chloe brings a thoughtful, people-first approach that makes her a fantastic addition to our work in supporting our tenants.

We're incredibly excited to announce that Enliven Housing's CEO Property Managment, Faye Minty, will be speaking at the Living Sectors Summit 2025. The event will be held in Sydney on 13 - 14 November.

Faye will join the “SDA in Focus” roundtable, contributing her insights on the role of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

The Living Sectors Summit is Australia’s leading event exploring the full life cycle of accommodation, from build-to-rent, student housing, co-living, land lease, later living and social and affordable housing.

Our SDA Design, Property and Development team recently visited site at our Osmond Tower development in Norwood.

Construction is progressing well, with framing and rough-ins now complete up to level two. Sheeting of walls and ceilings is set to begin on level two in late September, while framing on level three is already half complete.

We’re excited to see Osmond Tower taking shape and look forward to sharing more updates as the project continues.

The Enliven Housing Team was honoured to participate in the Wheelchair Sports Roll-A-Thon Corporate Challenge.

Together we powered through 31km and 48 lap - but the real win was connecting with others, cheering teams on and supporting such a great cause.
