𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 after three wonderful weeks in the UK, spent with my Mum.
2024 has been a truly transformative year for me. Transitioning to a full-time therapist after years of balancing it with corporate coaching has been both challenging and immensely rewarding.
This year also reminded me of the importance of reconnecting with friends and family, reinforcing how essential it is to nurture harmony in our personal lives.
My hope for us all is to engage with one another with genuine curiosity and love—seeking to understand the individual rather than being swayed by the divisive narratives of our increasingly polarised world. I believe in challenging ideas, but always with compassion and patience... definitely still a work on for me 🙃
This morning, I’m reflecting on the incredible people in my life and feeling immense gratitude—especially for my amazing wife and this beautiful country I now call home.
As we step into 2025, my wish for us all is a year filled with love, growth, and curiosity about those with different perspectives. Let’s strive to understand, not win or disconnect. I truly believe this approach can make our world a better place.
