Choosing a safe, nontoxic option is 100% the way to go.

I’ve put together 3 easy options for you but I also wanted to break down the ingredients in one of the most popular brands here in Aus - Sudocream!!!

So, let’s break down 4 ingredients in this cream👇

❌Benzyl Benzoate - Petroleum derived and is a known hormone disrupter.
❌ Sodium Benzoate - linked to DNA damage, headaches, hyperactivity and is petroleum derived.
