We know that food aversions are often linked to texture, not just taste. This week, we focused on building texture awareness during feeding therapy, to increase understanding & reduce fear of trying new foods. 🍪

We tried a range of textures, discussed individual preferences and documented the food on the whiteboard, highlighting how different mouthfuls can impact comfort and enjoyment. 🍦
