There is something really special in being able to be and accept another for their being.
Regardless if they are like you or not.
It’s not the point to be like the other.

Be you! Always be you and if people don’t like you, that’s ok. Life isn’t a game of how many people like you or not.

This may be helpful for those that are struggling to be honest in fear of being judged.

There will be judgement but does that judgement get in the way of what you heart says?

Probably not, so keep going !

My victim energy played out for so long. It was depressing a fabulous, healthy and magickal life.

Manic depression runs in my feminine line, matched with an overbearing avoidance pattern. Thank goodness for my soul 🕊️ it has a way better story.
But, alas…. I know what it feels like to be so heavy clouded that you can’t even think straight.

I have a remedy that helps me. It may help too.

Spiritual practice soars higher than the dark clouds that weigh down the mind.

Each and every time I am amazed by its power, strength and beauty.

Even in the darkest of darks there is light. I promise you this.
It is the truth of reality~ we just need to trust enough to find it. Every rigid belief system… re-wrote.

How? Not doing what you’re doing is a good start.

The mind is a slippery sucker and wants to figure its way out to safety. That won’t work. That’s the same thing that got you into this mess.

Let go. Find something new.

A new year, a new start. A new day. A new breath. A new you.
