No, as the purpose of the NDIS is to assist people with a disability get the appropriate care. Centrelink does not consider support payments as income as you receive them to pay for specific services.

How do I find my perfect NDIS provider match?

Getting a registered NDIS provider to help you manage your NDIS Plan is a smart move.

Some questions to ask your potential provider:
• Do you provide services in my local area?
• Do your staff speak my language?
• Do you provide all services in my NDIS Plan, for example Occupational and Speech Therapy?
• Do you have waiting lists, or can I get access to services I need when I need them?
• Do you help me with extra advice and support as my needs change and I need extra or different services?
• Do you help and support my family members too?
