Stress, poor diet, alcohol, negative thoughts and dehydration can put enormous stress on our brains and bodies… prolonged and overtime may contribute to poor memory. Studies show that peppermint, green tea and black tea(in moderation) may help with memory. Peppermint is the best one out of the three if you’re not a fan of drinking water. Drink it hot or cold.
Additional activities are exercise, learning something new, art, crosswords, meditation and mindful breathing, eating a colourful diet and reading.. all may contribute to improving recall.
Step out of the humdrum and shake things up!
