One year ago… I decided to open the doors and take a leap of faith.

Best decision I ever made. 💯

Looking back, I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for all the incredible people who gave me a chance who trusted me with their PT sessions, valued my work as a therapist, and stuck with me through this journey. 🙏

When I first started, I was honestly scared. Would people understand my strong German accent? How would they receive me? The “what-ifs” were endless, and the self-doubt was real.

But here’s the thing: if you don’t try, you’ll never know. I knew it was time to step out of my comfort zone and start doing what I’ve always been passionate about: inspiring others to move, grow, and improve. 🌱

Not only am I grateful for every one of you, but I’m also genuinely proud of myself. 💪

I was still working my farm job 3 days a week, but since August, I’ve gone all-in — now running my PT business 7 days a week with only a couple of weekends off. And honestly? I wouldn’t change a thing.

Over 650 massage sessions, countless personal training sessions, and I even conducted my first 10 Metabolism Analyses and Performance Tests. 📊 The growth has been real!

The future is bright, and I can’t wait to see what’s next. Thank you for believing in me and for the support! Here’s to even bigger things to come! 🚀

Boundaries. Growth. Gratitude.

I’ve learned that not everyone deserves a seat at the table, and that’s okay. Respecting my own limits has been key to staying true to myself and my goals. 👏✨

Some people come with excuses, while others try to take more than they give. But I’m focused on the real ones the ones who see my value and invest in the work I offer. 💼💫

I’ve stopped listening to the noise and started trusting my gut. Trusting in my journey, my growth, and the people who genuinely support me. 🙏💖
