Training for a big event? Need attention at the end of a race? North Shore remedial massage therapy is for you. Upon a sturdy broad table, just past the finish line or at the side of the oval, a quick treatment lets you get home fast and with assisted recovery. The therapist understands sports massage, taping and myofascial stretches that may aid in faster recovery and could help with reduction of delayed onset muscle soreness.
Want to book into a clinic in a location near you? There is the option of booking into Turramurra, Neutral Bay or Newtown to book a session that may help.
Tired after a long day at work? Need a treatment that may relieve a sore back so you could have improved sleep? North Shore remedial massage therapy is for you. With a portable table and all equipment and potions supplied, the therapist will attend to you in your home. Once the session is complete, you can bid the therapist good-bye and toddle off to bed.
With experience since 2012, the therapist has assisted in a variety of office, sports and general overuse injuries - in both assessor and treatment capacity and in cooperation with other modalities. Most health insurance companies are included in the registration.
