Part 2 ~ Walking on Country with shared with permission.

“Create an awareness and build a relationship with place so you can look after it”.

We are learning how to care for the land that Zenly is on, the land of the Gadigal people and the Wangal people. Learning to listen and build relationship.

Walking on Country with Bernadette Hardy, shared with permission.

This time together changed so much for me — I can’t believe how much I hadn’t seen, understood, or felt.

At Zenly, we’re in a process of learning and remembering — getting to know this place with . Dharug woman, custodian, autistic person, artist, mother.

We are on Gadigal & Wangal Land.
We pay our deepest respects to all Aboriginal people, and to the ongoing connection to land, water, and culture.

Grateful to be learning how to arrive properly.

Warami (Darug language): hello, welcome. Who are you? Where have you come from? Where are you going?

Thank you B xx

MAHD SKILLS is back this Saturday 🧠✨

This month we’re diving into understanding imagery styles — aka how your brain actually pictures, processes, and makes sense of things.

Not everyone “sees” things the same way.
Some of us think in vivid images, some in flashes, some in concepts, some in nothing visual at all… and all of it is valid.

When you understand your imagery style, things start to click:

💡 why certain strategies haven’t worked
💡 how to make learning / planning easier
💡 how to work with your brain instead of against it

Expect practical tools, real-life application, and a space where your brain makes sense.

Svadhyaya: Sanskrit term meaning “self-study,” often translated as studying the self to understand one’s true nature beyond the ego.
It is the fourth Niyama (observance) in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. It combines inward introspection of behaviors and motives with the study of sacred texts to connect with higher consciousness.
