After training, I couldn't help but ate grilled chicken wings and fried chicken legs, and I gained weight again after eating!😫😣
Don't worry too much if you occasionally eat a grilled chicken leg, squid skewers, etc. As long as you calculate the total calorie intake for the day is less than the consumption.✅
However, if you don’t control your mouth, you have eaten too many calories in a day, and don’t expect to run a few kilometers more to make up for it. Such a sudden increase in exercise is not only unhealthy but also easy to cause injuries.❎
