Thinkful Psychology I am easily able to tune into the individual needs of my clients. These give me a great deal of flexiblity to meet the unique needs of my clients.

I am a compassionate, empathetic and sensitive Clinical Psychologist offering in person psychological therapy sessions in Stanmore, in the Inner West of Sydney or Telehealth sessions to anywhere in Australia. My passion is helping people achieve their goals through healing the past and remove self-sabotaging beliefs or patterns. I integrate a range of evidence based therapies including EMDR, Schema Therapy, CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness based therapies. I am experienced in treating a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, panic disorder, OCD, health anxiety, specific phobias, addiction, procrastination, perfectionism and self-esteem and relationship issues. I also have a special interest in childhood trauma, neglect and abuse and and the neurodivergence of giftedness. With over 6 years experience I utilise EMDR therapy, Schema therapy, CBT and mindfulness and compassion based therapies in my practice. I am currently completing accreditation as an EMDR practitioner through EMDRAA (EMDR Association of Australia).
