Gordon Flow | Member of the Month

Hannah joined us in September 2025 and loves that our classes are a fun, effective way to unwind after a busy workday. What keeps her coming back? The welcoming instructors, supportive community, and a space that makes showing up feel easy.

Outside the studio, she’s passionate about quality time with friends and family, beach days, and slowing down with a good book — all about balance, just like Pilates.

This year, she’s focusing on consistency, strength, and mobility and we love being part of that journey.

A little sneak peek into our Reformer Pilates class at Gordon, where mindful movement met a serious burn.
Nicole guided this group through a curated flow targeting arms, legs, and core, creating a full-body challenge that stayed intentional from beginning to end.

As we head into the holidays, here’s a quick snapshot of our studio hours so you can plan your end-of-year training flow. ✨

Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day will run morning classes only, and the studios will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve.

All other day-to-day classes remain as scheduled — Keep an eye on the app for real-time updates so you’re always across what’s on.

Movement is one of the most powerful ways to support it.
When you step into the studio, breathe deeply, and move with intention, your brain releases endorphins that boost wellbeing and counter stress hormones.

The science says: Just 10 minutes of guided Pilates can lower cortisol levels, improving focus, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.
