Your First Step Into Flow

Starting something new can feel a little daunting but we’ve designed your first class to be simple, supportive, and stress-free. Here’s what to know before you arrive:

✨ Grip socks
✨ Arrive early – Come 15 minutes before class so we can walk you through the space and introduce you to your instructor.
✨ What to wear – Comfortable, moveable clothes that let you focus on your practice.
✨Stay hydrated – Bring a water bottle and take breaks whenever you need.

Our goal is to create a calm, welcoming environment where you can connect with your body, build strength, and feel part of our Flow community from day one.

Tilda joined earlier this year with her mum and has found joy in taking time out to move, breathe, and reset. Pilates has become her go-to outlet for balance and focus, especially while navigating the stress of the HSC!
