It’s under a month to Christmas and the lights are starting to go up, as does the stress levels, as that ‘end of year brick wall’ comes quickly at us.
At the recent “Re-Ignite you Light & Share your Radiance” Day Retreat we discussed the things that light us up - be it little or big, like watching the sun rise or set, watching a child play sport, a cup of tea outside, painting, a good book etc etc. When we engage in the things that light us up, it enables us to get through the lumps and bumps of life.
As the next few weeks ramp up, my invitation is to do at least one thing each day “which lights you up”, so you not only survive, but thrive during period and even share that radiance with those around you 😊💫
