Investing in yourself isn’t selfish but given that you’ve always been there for those around you, it’s essential to invest in yourself. It’s like applying the oxygen mask to yourself before helping others.

How are you meant to be the person you want to be for yourself and those around you, if you don’t invest in yourself??

Developing awareness around our blind spots and unconscious patterns is one of the most powerful catalysts for change.

Yesterday I had a session with an executive who had the realisation that they had been seeking external validation from both a family member and colleagues. It’s something many of us can relate to — the appreciation, the praise, the acknowledgement for our endeavours. It feels good to be seen and valued.

But when that external validation isn’t there, it can leave us feeling resentful or unseen, disconnecting us from our own self-worth and limiting our ability to truly thrive.

Awareness is the turning point. When we can observe our patterns with honesty and compassion, transformation becomes possible.

Imagine what becomes available when your sense of worth comes from within — when you no longer rely on external approval, and instead move through your personal and professional life with clarity, confidence, and grounded self-belief.

1. 1:1 Clearing Session where we unpack 2025, release the energies and beliefs that are no longer needed and look at the desired outcomes for 2026

2. 1:1 Reiki, Sound Healing or Breathwork session, to ensure one’s nervous system is set for the festive season

3. 1:1 Whole-life Leadership Programme 2026 - commences February 2026. 12 week programme. Applications starting now.

4. Online Emotional Clearing Group Workshop - where you will learn how to locate and release emotions in your body, that have been holding you back in life, and bring a sense of awareness and freedom within. Sat 21st Feb.

It’s under a month to Christmas and the lights are starting to go up, as does the stress levels, as that ‘end of year brick wall’ comes quickly at us.

At the recent “Re-Ignite you Light & Share your Radiance” Day Retreat we discussed the things that light us up - be it little or big, like watching the sun rise or set, watching a child play sport, a cup of tea outside, painting, a good book etc etc. When we engage in the things that light us up, it enables us to get through the lumps and bumps of life.

As the next few weeks ramp up, my invitation is to do at least one thing each day “which lights you up”, so you not only survive, but thrive during period and even share that radiance with those around you 😊💫

I’ve been working with a client for over 12 months, and things both professionally and personally have traversed massive peaks and troughs.

In our last session they said “I’m not concerned about the outcomes, as I feel I have clarity, in my flow, in alignment and have a quiet confidence”

What are you currently creating?

I recently held a day retreat where we created space to come back to ourselves – our heart and re-ignite the light that is within us.

We removed limiting beliefs that had been holding us back and then visually created our desires and what lights us up in our beautiful journals from

It’s when we reconnect with our light, our heart that we become clear about our purpose and what we want to create in our lives.
