Namaste friends, we are into the new year! Today was the first day of solid Asana practice for a long time. It felt good to stretch my muscles and I enjoyed the calming effect on my mind. After taking a year out, focussing on being a Mum, it is time for me to get back to basics, complete some work I have outstanding and integrate more practice into my daily routine. It was amazing how everything I have learnt was still there, now to practice, practice, practice.
