What a moment. What a Rockstar!

Nadia has officially hit 900 sessions at Punch Love. Nine. Hundred.
That is years of showing up, backing herself, and choosing her health through every season of life.

She joined us back in 2019 at the Annangrove studio and has trained twice a week, every week. No drama. No excuses. Just consistency, and quiet determination.

This is what commitment to yourself looks like. This is what strong women do.

Nadia, we are bursting with pride. Thank you for being part of our community and for reminding every woman watching that showing up regularly beats going “all in” for a week any day of the week.

It’s that bittersweet moment where we have to hit pause (just for a little while!) on having this absolute gem in the studio.

Our powerhouse Coach Kendall is heading off on maternity leave to welcome her second baby boy 👶💙 — and while we’re over the moon for her, we’re already missing her calm energy, quick wit, and killer technique cues that somehow make even the toughest rounds feel doable.

Here’s what you might not know about our Kendall:
📚 She’s a full book nerd and runs our Punch Love Book Club.
👶 She owns her own baby clothing company (of course she does — multitasking queen).
