The purpose behind our group fitness sessions is to not only offer our clients the most up to date physical training and advice but also the opportunity to interact with other clients in a friendly, relaxed environment, whilst at the same time enjoying the benefits of a mixed variety of fitness methods designed by one of our expert coaches. We pride ourselves on ensuring that no, one group fitness session is ever the same. Military Boot Camps:
At Unity1 Human Performance, the difference between our Boot Camps and most others is that we actually deliver real time military physical training, to Australian Soldiers on a daily basis. Our team, lead by Sergeant Robbie Dunlop are all qualified Army Physical Training Instructors with 10+ years service within the Australian Army. We pride ourselves on not only delivering exceptional military specific physical training, but also on our ability to educate and mentor our clients on ways and means to deal with the mental barriers associated with rigorous military physical training and stressful situations, as well as offering coping mechanisms and strategies to enable them to rise above the given challenges of not only physical training, but life in general. Personal Training
In order to ensure that we cater for all ages and fitness levels, our personal one on one training sessions offer our clients the ability to train at their desired pace with the expert guidance and encouragement from one of our motivated and enthusiastic coaches. At Unity1 Human Performance we also offer a wide variety of personal training specific to your needs. Whether that is Muay Thai or Mixed Martial Arts conditioning for fighters/athletes, general physical conditioning for the fitness enthusiast or low intensity pre/post natal cardio/core training. Corporate Team Building
Teamwork, leadership, initiative and effective communication skills, together with mental toughness and a positive attitude are some of the most important qualities of soldiering. Our team of professional coaches are testament that these qualities are not only vital on the battle space but also in the game of life, and as such they are also some of the most highly sought after qualities within the corporate arena. Our Corporate Team Building sessions will not only challenge your team physically but they will also develop and enhance these individual and group qualities that are the corner stone of any successful organisational team. Nutrition / Metabolic Profiling
A sound nutritional plan sets the strong foundation for all human and athletic performance. Regardless of the training that we endure, if the body is not fuelled efficiently and effectively, then we are really unable to operate at our optimum, regardless of our natural skill or ability. After putting a pause on personal reading for a while due to Uni study commitments, I have recently enjoyed getting back into some really great reads which has motivated me to again develop the habit of 10-30 mins a day. I have read the first 3 books over the last three weeks, and the first 2 would have to be on my top 5 best books of all time. Safe to say the collection for the remainder of 2022 is strong.
