Super interesting article on low intensity training. It's got a new name - Zone 2 training, & some new research to boot.

If you're training for endurance, want to actually get fitter, & train your body to use more fat to fuel your exercise, then have a read.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is still necessary in your training regime, but Zone 2 will help develop greater long-term & endurance fitness. Like most things, it's not one or the other, but using complimentary tools to achieve your goals, more sustainably.
