Dear Participants,

Not too long ago you took part in our health research study and completed an online survey on your weight-loss journey. Who would have thought the world could change so much in such a short time. Even as the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic is unfolding, research organisations are assessing the situation on what this means for ongoing health and wellness, and specifically in our research what this means and how it is affecting our weight loss plans.

We would like to take this opportunity, to send you wishes to stay safe and take care of yourselves, and also to thank you once again for your interest and for taking part in the initial survey of the study. We would like to let you know that our research is still on-track and continues to progress per plans despite the unprecedented disruptions. From mid-April onwards, we will start sending out the link to follow-up survey – marking 3 months since you completed the initial survey.

We appreciate that a lot may have changed on your weight loss plans and journey but would be very grateful if you still completed the second part of the survey as well. We will still hold the raffle draw for participants completing the follow-up survey as planned, and send out electronic gift vouchers to the winners.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, and do keep a lookout for the email containing the link to the follow-up survey.

Thanks, and Regards,

The Research team
