Hey lovely! I’m Kate Hore-Lacy, and I help smart, conscious entrepreneurs overcome their biggest sales and mindset challenges, so they can increase their profits and make an electrifying impact on their industry.

I discovered (from experience) that running our business doesn't have to be draining or overwhelming when we consciously work on our mindset, and doing what we love doesn't have to mean long hours for less money when we learn to embrace and begin to even love sales.

When we step out of limitation and into alignment - our business can light us up brighter than the platinum sun on the ocean and give us the freedom to do the things that add the icing to life and make it delicious! Like exploring new cities, booking into yoga retreats. Like spending time and money on those we love.

I’m passionate helping women increase profits - as having been a professional singer for 10 years I know what it’s like to go without and make just enough to get by. After starting my coaching business 3 years ago I also know what its like to get stuck in overwhelm and run head first into business blocks. What changed for me is I committed to getting over my biggest block - which was around selling my own services - what was weird about it was I had sold well for OTHER peoples companies in the past. But once I uncovered my fears (which were around judgment and rejection) I cleared them - and created a fresh, authentic sales approach that worked (yay) ! Good news is it’s in complete alignment with my values AND it actually benefits my clients regardless of if they end up being clients or not. Now I run my business in greater alignment and with conviction and confidence.
