Welcoming my client đź’Ş

There are two types of people in this world.

Those who “don’t have time” and those who MAKE TIME.

Fortunately, Nick is the latter.

Despite having a full time job that’s quite demanding, a growing family (3-month old), he still makes time to come in at 6.15am to lift weights and push his body.

Nick understands the importance of strength training and maintaining his health especially as he gets older.

He has also mentioned that even after the first couple of sessions he has noticed less pain and more energy.

Looking forward to working together these next couple of months and seeing how far we can push you đź’Ş

We NEED more shows like this !

Shows than demonstrate strength, discipline, grit, team work and how to overcome obstacles.

The modern world is too weak, and this show is a perfect example of what the human body and mind is truly capable of (if you actually push yourself).

It was such a thrill watching these athletes perform and push themselves past their limits.

I know my training has benefited from watching it and yours will too.

Motivated AF.

I started fasting regularly three years ago…

And honestly? You should too.

Look, your body was never designed to eat 24/7.

It wasn’t designed to be stuffed all the time.

It definitely wasn’t designed to obsess over food every three hours like some coaches preach.

Yet that’s exactly how most people live.
And that’s why so many people are overweight, unhealthy, have low-energy, and are constantly stressed around food.

Food controls them,
not the other way around.

Fasting isn’t some trendy diet or quick-fix “hack.”

It’s simple, but what it teaches you runs much deeper.

Fasting trains your body and mind to handle hunger, discomfort, and discipline, skills most people in the modern world have completely lost.

It quiets the constant “food noise.”
It resets your relationship with eating.
It gives you back control.

And yes, hunger is okay.

Discomfort is okay.

On the other side of both is mental strength, and a long list of real health benefits.

I fast every day for at least 16 hours.

Full Body Day One âś…

The difference between being busy and being effective.

Most people go to the gym 4-6 days a week and f**k around and never get results.

I only train 3x a week (hard)

I prioritise everything outside of the gym, nutrition, sleep, steps etc.

This is my favourite program I have ever done so far (and I’ve done most of them).
