💬 NDIS Q&A, your questions answered: Is there any flexibility in changing funding period releases once a plan has been approved, or is the only option to do a Section 100 review to have this changed?

❗Sadly, no. There is no flexibility.
While the NDIA does not allow funding period changes mid‑plan under normal circumstances, you can challenge that decision if the NDIA agrees through a formal Section 100 review.

📊 Anyone who receives a new plan will automatically transition to PACE and be given funding periods set by the NDIA, with the length and amount determined according to the participant’s individual needs.

Both families have members with disabilities and found there was very little out there for people who wanted to plan to manage their NDIS funding.
