🍫 The perfect protein packed healthy treat for the silly season: ISALEAN PROTEIN DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES!

Recipe:
1. 1 cup sweet potato puree, *flesh from a baked sweet potato
2. ⅓ cup maple syrup
3. ⅓ cup tahini or peanut or almond butter
4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5. ¼ cup dairy-free milk
6. ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
7. ½ cup Isalean Protein Shake in Creamy Dutch Chocolate
8. 1 teaspoon baking powder
9. ¼-½ teaspoon sea salt
10. ½ cup dark chocolate chips
11. ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans - optional

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C or air-fry at 165°C (only need to preheat 3 minutes before placing in). Lightly grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato, maple syrup, tahini, vanilla, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
3. To the bowl, add cocoa powder, baking powder, protein powder and salt. Using a spatula, fold together until a batter forms. It will seem very dry at first but don't worry! Just keep stirring and thick batter will start to form.
4. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts (optional). Transfer batter to the baking dish and smooth out to the edges. Bake for about 30 minutes in the oven or for 20 minutes in the air-fryer, until firm.
5. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
