Experiencing strong emotions such as guilt, anger, and regret causing you to feel out of balance and possibly even self-sabotaging behaviour or feeling stuck in situations or relationships. We work with you, one session at a time and help you clear issues, old negative beliefs and programming that you’ve had trouble releasing, as well as allowing you to release things you never knew you were even holding onto. Creating more space to allow the things you that you want in your life to enter. To do this we use a unique blend of energy practices and some derived from contemporary neuroscience. We tailor each session to suit the individual needs using the most effective practice for the presenting issue you want to work through. The best thing is, you don’t even have to come to us, energy healing can be performed remotely in the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world.
