1. MINERAL RICH HYDRATION
I make 1L of herbal tea (raspberry leaf, nettle and hibiscus) and take it in my yeti to sip throughout the day.
2. MEAT STOCK
I use chuck bones which have a bit of bone, meat and cartilage on them, the perfect trio for a nutrient dense broth! I throw all the ingredients together into the pressure cooker for 3 hours and all the cartilage falls apart and dissolves into the broth making it rich and gelatinous.
Within a day I notice how much more plump, soft and bright my skin is, especially if I have been slacking off and not doing it for a while.
