During the break, a 60-year-old grandfather Billy came with his 10-year-old granddaughter April. It was Aprilโ€™s first time doing yoga, and little girl was so adorable โ€” yet she eagerly took on the advanced asanas more passionately than anyone else.

Yoga has no age limit; everyone can practice in a way that suits their own body and situation. Watching the two of them โ€” separated by 50 years but each giving their full effort โ€” was truly heartwarming๐Ÿ’•
