Nothing beats a piping hot bowl of noodles with this chilly weather settling in. ⠀

It's quick, easy, budget-friendly and the canned tuna is fortified with calcium that meets most adults recommended daily intake (Aus). Only takes 5mins to make too 👍⠀

Gets better with every mouthful! 😋⠀

Using an evidence-based approach to customise nutrition plans for her clients, Debbie believes moderation is key and that restricting yourself or removing whole food groups can be detrimental to your health. She has a keen interest in women’s health, weight management, gut health, immune function support, metabolic disorders and lowering risks of lifestyle diseases.

Burger with the lot!

It takes 5 different plant-based foods a day to help keep your gut bugs happy and thriving. It is definitely easier to do so if you prepare food at home as you can control everything that goes into the dish.

My kids love burgers and while they do often turn their noses up at veggies I try to include them as much as I can in our meals. Here I’ve made them their fav burger with melted cheese patties. I grate veggies into the patty mix and add as much plant-based foods 😋 as I possibly can.

Sesame chicken toasties!
An inexpensive and kid-friendly take on the prawn toasts which can be found in so many chinese restaurants

300g chicken pieces
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup grated red capsicum
1 egg
3 handfuls baby spinach
Blitz all in a food processor
Spread onto toast
Sprinkle sesame seeds
Bake at 180°C for 10 mins or until chicken cooked through
Serve with sweet and sour sauce
