On this day, we gather in gratitude to honour the men and women who defended our country and protected our future. Their bravery in conflict and quiet determination in the years after remind us of the ongoing sacrifices made in the name of freedom.

We invite you to take part in the traditional 11am minute of silence — a simple but powerful act of remembrance for all who served.

What a fantastic day it was at our 2025 Annual Carers Awards Family Fun Day! 🎉

This year, we did things a little differently — trading our usual evening event for a laid-back, family-friendly celebration, and it couldn’t have gone better. Loved ones, children, and partners joined in the fun, creating a warm and joyful afternoon full of connection, laughter, and appreciation.

20,000 New Home Care Packages – Are You Ready?

There’s big news for older Australians: the Government has confirmed the release of 20,000 new Home Care Packages before 1 November 2025. Another 20,000 Support at Home packages will be available by December, with even more to come in early 2026.

This announcement is a huge step forward in reducing waiting times, giving more seniors the opportunity to receive quality in-home care sooner and more. But with high demand expected, it’s important to act now.

If you or a loved one have been waiting for care, now is the time to start the conversation. By planning ahead, you can ensure that when funds become available, your care needs are already understood and ready to be supported under the new Support at Home Program.
