I had an awesome 2 hours last night catching up with some of my Sunday Morning Family Fun Bootcamp group, playing trivia on zoom. It was also great to see many again this morning on zoom for today's workout session. It's important to keep fit and engage with people in lockdown. Keep your spirits up! Be there for friends and family.

CONSUME SUFFICIENT PROTEIN TO HELP REDUCE BODY FAT.

Although a balanced diet requires a balanced consumption of micro and macro nutrients including good sources of carbohydrates for energy and fats, the PROTEIN LEVERAGE HYPOTHESIS speculates that we are driven to consume food until we meet our minimum protein or amino acid needs. This means that if we don’t consume adequate protein we will overconsume foods high in carbohydrates and/or fats in a subconscious effort to obtain those critical amino acids.

Refer to the Australian daily protein recommendations to ensure you select and consume sufficient protein.
