🧡MEET LUANA

When Luana first joined us, she was struggling to find motivation.
The big gyms felt intimidating, the spark was gone, and she just wanted to feel fitter, lose a bit of weight, and get her energy and confidence back.

Since starting with A Team Fitness, she’s hit the ground running, doing everything we’ve asked of her.

She’s already down 3 kg on the scales, feeling stronger, and noticing the changes in her body which is keeping her even more motivated 🔥

From day one, Tania came in with the right mindset 🙌
She wasn’t just chasing quick results. She understood the long-term benefits of exercise and strength training, especially for women. 💪

Her goal was simple but powerful: feel strong, start looking after herself again, and lose a couple of kilos along the way.

And she’s absolutely nailed it! 🔥

Tania’s down 3kgs, has doubled the weight in all her lifts, and made small, consistent changes that have added up in a big way. On top of that, she’s become quite the walker, taking on scenic hikes with the A-Team crew and even going on her own adventures 🥾🌿

🎉 Massive shoutout to Victor! 🎉

Victor has just wrapped up his 8-week Learning/Mentor Program and the results speak for themselves! 💪

At our core, we believe our coaches should walk the walk experiencing exactly what our clients go through.

Victor jumped in fully, applied himself, and the transformation has been incredible.

🔥 Results after 8 weeks:
⬇️ Lost 8kg
💧 Dropped 7% body fat
💪 Reached healthy ranges for visceral fat and skeletal muscle mass

But what’s even more impressive? Victor has already started applying what he’s learned to his own clients and they’re seeing amazing results too! In just a short time.

A huge congratulations to our legends Khush and Julia 🎉

Khush and Julia joined A Team Fitness with the goal of gaining strength, improving their overall health, and losing weight. Both have faced their own challenges — Khush suffered a knee injury and struggled to walk up stairs, while Julia has dealt with ongoing knee pain.

But they’ve absolutely smashed it! 💪

Results:
✅ Khush has lost 3kg and now walks pain-free!

🌟 Client Spotlight – Natalie 🌟

Big shoutout to Nat - honestly one of the hardest working people👏

She’s a nurse doing 12-hour shifts, 5 days a week… So finding time for herself isn’t easy. But instead of trying to change everything overnight, she focused on being consistent, patient and just showing up.

When we first chatted - she wanted to get stronger, tone up, build better habits and get rid of her back pain. So we stripped it back, made a simple plan that fit her lifestyle, and she ran with it.

Now, 4 weeks later - she’s down 3kg, moving better, lifting stronger and her lower back feels great. Nothing fancy, just smart training and sticking with it.

💪 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: ERICA 🌟

When Erica first joined A Team Fitness, her goal wasn’t just about “getting fit.”

She wanted to improve her bone density, stay strong and independent in her day-to-day life, and support her husband on his own health journey. ❤️

Since starting, Erica has almost doubled her total body strength, improved her balance, and built incredible muscle tone. It’s proof that consistency pays off! 🙌

These changes haven’t just shown up in the gym. They’ve shown up in her life:

She’s lifting heavier things around the house without even thinking about it, feeling stronger and more confident, and even getting compliments from friends and other health professionals about her progress 👏

🌟 Community Spotlight: Mahrukh

We want to give a massive shoutout to Mahrukh. She’s a true leader in our A Team community! 💪

Last Sunday, she went above and beyond by organising an amazing, fun, and inclusive A Team group walk that brought everyone together.

The energy, laughter, and good vibes were unreal all thanks to her effort and initiative. 🙌

Mahrukh isn’t just one of the fittest people in the studio she’s someone who leads by example, works hard every session, and lifts everyone around her.

Her ability to bring people together and make fitness social and enjoyable is something special.
