10+kgs down and 2 triathlons later!!💛
Fiona’s been with us for over two years now, and the change has been huge.
When she first walked in, she just wanted to lose a bit of weight, take control of her health, and find somewhere she actually felt comfortable. She had a sedentary job, sore knees that stopped her from running, and she’d never been part of a gym before. It was all pretty new territory.
Fast forward to now:
She’s lost over 10kgs and kept it off.
She’s running without knee pain.
She’s completed two triathlons.
She’s been nominated for Client of the Year.
And she signs up for just about event we run and never says no to a hike. 🏃♀️
My favourite part though… when we launched our last 6-week challenge, she didn’t put her name down. When we asked why, she just shrugged and said, “It’s not a challenge anymore. It’s just my everyday.”
That’s Fiona in a nutshell.
Quietly determined, super consistent, and always finding a way around whatever life throws at her instead of using it as an excuse.
