‘Hope to Inspire’ Mini Pilates Balls are now available to purchase 🙌
The Pilates ⚪️ are Medium size which makes them perfect for all your Pilates exercises 🙌
I use my Pilates balls with ALL of my clients and my own training too. It’s mostly used to intensify an exercise or bring a level of instability to work your stabilising muscles more.
It also makes the perfect head cushion for Abdominal exercises (or a trip to the beach ☺️🤫)
The Pilates balls are $15 each and pick up/ delivery can be organised or shipping is a flat fee of $10-
I have limited numbers so they’re not on the website yet.

WHY me as your PT? ✨
I could give you a list of qualifications & fancy Certificates and talk myself up… but what good does that do? 😅 none 🙃
It’s not about what I can do as a PT but what you’re looking for in a PT that answers why I could or why I shouldn’t be your Trainer.
My strengths are people, communication & understanding what your body actually needs. I focus on YOU and YOU alone, not what the current training trend is or how heavy you can lift. My focus is to find your need and balance it with your life (however that may look).
I find that for most of my clients, they need their session time to be about them. Time they can unwind, have a conversation, ask any question that comes to mind, have a laugh and by the end they realise they have a sweat and have worked harder than they expected 👍
I create a bond or relationship that’s not just professional but personal. You’re never a number here, you’re valued and appreciated and I show that in every way I can.
My clients & I are team. And together we work towards your goals! And my vision of being able to create a little home studio, a safe space for you all 🥰 (for now, my lil home & the park across the street does just that 😅✌️).

Nutrition isn’t just about what you eat, it’s about what you ABSORB from what you EAT.
How much nutritional value is in the food you’re eating? What’s the bioavailability of the nutrients in your food? (will we ever actually know?…) What nutritional compounds are being missed because the lager compounds like calcium are being absorbs over smaller minerals.
Think of this when you’re eating. Be mindful of what you’re having and what nutrients your body can pull out of it 💕🌱

HOLIDAY SEASON 🎄🎅🎁
Which means all the exciting snacks, booze & meals will be out to celebrate 🎉
For some families Christmas is the only time through the year they get to see each other and this definitely calls for a celebration!
A couple tips to help you through the festive season ❤️
1️⃣ Enjoy what you want! Christmas is 1 day. Enjoy what you decide have.
2️⃣ You can ask to take things home. Don’t feel as though you have to eat everything so you don’t miss out. If you’re full but extra deserts come out… grab some to take home 😉
3️⃣ Offer to take a plate! If you are someone who likes to eat a certain way, take something you know you’ll enjoy while also contributing to the day.
4️⃣ Balance your day with some fruit & water! These 2 options are always available. Take advantage of them so you stay hydrated and get your micronutrients in while also enjoying the chocolates & the booze.
5️⃣ Be prepared for after Christmas. If you want to go all out with the booze, be prepared for how you’re going to feel the next day. Up your fibre & veggies to help your Liver detox the alcohol.
6️⃣ Remember that your body actually can’t remove alcohol! It needs to be converted into Acid Aldehyde before or can be eliminated (this is what give you a headache). This process has metabolic consequences & impacts you the next day. So PLEASE be sure to get as much nutrients as you can if you are someone who drinks ❤️
And most of all, have the best time celebrating with the people you love most in this world and create memories you’ll cherish forever 💕🎄
