Your concrete slab not finished at the required heights or levels? We can 'scarifier' your slab to get it to the level required, then resurface it!

In this instance the slab was 30mm or so to high to fit the attenuator between the slab and soffit. Few passes of our scarifier and then refinished to provide a flat smooth finish.

Problem solved😜

Wow... the transformation at Northholm Grammar School! Check out the before and after photos.

Chelva were contracted to render the existing building using an acrylic render and painted to the colours specified by the architect!

Amazing what render and paint can do to improve the look of your assets as well as increase its value.

Finally got some signage up at our project in Goulburn, so that all the locals know that Chelva can assist out of Sydney too 👊

We are re-rendering and set plastering the internal walls of the church, were water ingress over years has damaged same. Including repairs to corbels and moulds!

Utilising our render pump to pump traditional mix renders to the upper transepts of he church has made life easier, and saved approx. 4 weeks off the programme.

Cant wait see the finished result once the scaffolding is dropped!

Engineered Floor Screeds complete to all bathrooms, ensuites, kitchens, laundries, cleaners, and dirty utilities at Dubbo Hospital for both our regular clients working on this project, being Hansen Yuncken and Lipman.

Dubbo Hospital Finished. 👊

After commencing works at Dubbo Hospital Redevelopment Project in 2017 for Hansen Yuncken on the maternity ward, we have since completed several stages for Hansen Yuncken and Lipman. The Hospital is now a first class health facilities servicing the people of Mid Western Regional NSW, for all their health needs, and we were privileged to be a part of it!

Thanks to Hansen Yuncken and Lipman for trusting Chelva Holdings to assist them on this rewarding project, as well as all our reliable staff, who put in long hours both on site and on the road to get this project across the line! 👏

Chelva were engaged to carry out all the cement & acrylic rendering, engineered floor screeds and concrete repairs over multiple stages and after 5 years, it has now come to an end but hope we will be soon!
