In our yoga classes last week we practiced “dharana” (1 of the 8 limbs of yoga) - single pointed focus for the mind. We used candle light and sound to focus and discipline the mind in an effort to move it into a more meditative state.

We aim not just to teach yoga poses, but also other tools and practices to support you on your wellness journey to a healthier, happier you! ❤️
