It’s almost 10 years since Helen enlisted the help of a health coach.

She decided to set a goal to reclaim her health and get her life back on track so that when she hit 60 she’d be able to live life on her own terms, able bodied, confident, empowered.

She fell in love with sharing the program, coaching clients and enjoying life to the max.

She is a passionate coach who is on mission to help others as they head into their golden years to achieve the same.
