I'm Kate,

It is nice to meet you, I am the founder of Kate Zourkas Co. and host of the Mind, Body, Yay! I am a conscious business leader, yoga, mindfulness & self-care teacher and coach. I have worked in corporate leadership roles for the last 20 years and have been teaching yoga for the last decade. I now run my own business delivering coaching and courses to busy, burnt out, stressed or overwhelmed professionals who are needing support and guidance to improve their well-being. I offer a practical and intuitive approach to transformation, self-care and mindfulness and I use a blend of yogic practices, mindful principles, energy healing and self-care tools and techniques that you can incorporate into your busy life. Prioritise and nourish yourself.
Refill your tank regularly.
Take a moment to breathe.

Set those boundaries.

I created Recharge Week as a symbol of self-care and prioritising mental health and well-being. Recharge Week is my annual 5 day virtual retreat, where I share my mindfulness and self-care coaching with you. ❤️
