🎶 Rosie had so much fun attending today to participate in their Baby Rhyme Time session. These sessions offer parents the opportunity to engage in singing, talking, dancing, and reading with their little one - all excellent activities to build early communication skills!

If parents notice that their toddler is having trouble learning to talk, it’s important to reach out to a speech pathologist early and get the right supports in place. 💫

💫 Ok so ‘therapy blocks’ are kinda our thing here at Word Stars. A therapy block is a simply a focused period of support where we work on specific goals and measure progress.

We write down our goals and how we will measure them in a ‘Therapy Plan’ so that everyone is on the same page and know exactly what we’re working towards. We regularly review progress and share this with families in tangible ways such as visual graphs.

Our therapy block model means your child’s speech therapy will look different as they grow and change. Sometimes they might need a weekly 1:1 therapy appointment but other times they might need a group, intensive, school collaboration, or even a break! 🌟

Julie is looking forward to supporting children of all ages with their communication goals! She currently has morning and early afternoon availablities, perfect for toddlers or preschoolers! But these won’t last long, so jump on it!
