This time of year, so many people are setting goals, making plans, and mapping out “the year ahead” -
yet quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure why none of it really feels right.

Here’s a truth that rarely gets spoken:

When we don’t feel safe in our bodies and nervous systems, we don’t plan from clarity —
we plan from fear.
We chase things we think will fix us.
We desire things we think will protect us.
We build goals we think will stabilise us.
Not because they’re true desires —
but because we’re trying to feel safe.
When the system feels unsafe:

• we misperceive
• we misdesire
• we misreact
• and we misplan

We start building lives around protection instead of truth.
Real change doesn’t come from better goal-setting.
It comes from safety.

When safety is present:

clarity emerges
desires simplify
goals align
energy returns
and direction becomes natural

You don’t need a more perfect plan.
You need a safer system.
Because when the nervous system feels safe,
you stop chasing what isn’t yours —

Our Story

Life is a balancing act that requires your Mind, Body and Energy to be aligned. At Mind Body Energy we offer corporate wellness programs which may include Mindful Leadership, Mindfulness Meditation,Emotional Intelligence,Resilience Coaching ,Laughter Yoga,Mindful Eating and iRest Yoga Nidra.

We also facilitate the Standard Mental Health First Aid Training courses.

Our popular “Zen Warrior “ Mindfulness Meditation classes for young children(as seen on Qantas in- flight entertainment) and teens are scheduled on a regular basis. Mindfulness Meditation classes for adults in the community run every month.

Private mindfulness coaching for all ages is available in person and via zoom.
