Ryde Community Services event today.Today’s workshop was a beautiful journey from joyful release to deep rest.

We began with Laughter Yoga, awakening playful energy, connection, and lightness through intentional laughter, breath, and movement. Laughter truly is medicine — lifting moods, dissolving stress, and inviting presence.

Then, we transitioned into the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra iRest® — a guided meditation that gently leads the body and mind into profound stillness. A space to rest, restore, and reconnect with inner calm and clarity.

Grateful to share this experience with such an open-hearted group. 💛

Today I had the absolute honour of speaking at the GP Wellbeing Day, guiding an amazing group of healthcare heroes through a Mindful Reset.

In the middle of their non-stop schedules, it was powerful to pause together, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with the moment, with themselves, and with what truly matters. 💛

As a mindfulness coach, there’s nothing more rewarding than creating space for people to slow down, tune in, and reset—especially those who give so much to others every single day.

Our Story

Life is a balancing act that requires your Mind, Body and Energy to be aligned. At Mind Body Energy we offer corporate wellness programs which may include Mindful Leadership, Mindfulness Meditation,Emotional Intelligence,Resilience Coaching ,Laughter Yoga,Mindful Eating and iRest Yoga Nidra.

We also facilitate the Standard Mental Health First Aid Training courses.

Our popular “Zen Warrior “ Mindfulness Meditation classes for young children(as seen on Qantas in- flight entertainment) and teens are scheduled on a regular basis. Mindfulness Meditation classes for adults in the community run every month.

Private mindfulness coaching for all ages is available in person and via zoom.
