It's a wrap! My final Bars Class for 2024. With every class, I am blown away by the truly amazing beings I get to spend the day with while learning about and running Bars. I am honoured to introduce Suchie who completed her second Bars class with me and is on her way to becoming a Bars Facilitator, and Susanne the go-getter flying in fresh from Germany only 2 days ago!!

My third Bars class was online with Dr Dain Heer and it was phenomenal.🔥Taking the third class allowed me to facilitate Access Bars and teach this incredible energetic tool that continually changes the lives of so many around the world. Highly recommend Dain's global Bars class which is only offered once a year - his humour and clarity of the process are immeasurable. What are you waiting for?
And my next class is coming soon in November!

Wow!
Four days of running Bars at . So grateful for all the magical Bars Practitioners I got to hang with and laugh with, and of course the clientele … families, couples, individuals, and kids that chose sessions with us… some of which really rocked my world ❤️
