It’s not that ‘protein’ magically makes something ‘healthier’ or ‘better’ - so why is every other product labelled with it?
It’s a buzzword - but for good reason. Protein keeps us fuller for longer, helps with recovery after exercise and aids with lean tissue growth. Did you know it also expends more energy to consume than other macronutrients?
But in our opinion, you should be getting the majority of protein from natural protein sources like meat, fish and eggs.
We understand that life isn’t always that simple and sometimes we’re eating on the go - so what about the convenience protein products? Are they worth the hype?
