Great services require great service & I pride myself on speaking to and getting to know every woman I coach. This is not a 100+ group where you get spoke to once a month. This is not a cookie cutter programme.

Fitness watches are good accountability to make sure we’re moving. I also use them to help figure out my running paces (still not a pro at this 🫠)

But start living in the here and now instead of MORE apps and wearables controlling our lives 🫠🫠 Learn to rest when your body needs it - not when an app says so. Know that alcohol will make you feel like s**t and you risk injury exercising after it. If you stay up watching a Netflix series & have a 6am alarm - no you didn’t get enough sleep.

Meet Ruth 🤝

Living in Australia 🇦🇺
Nurse 👩‍⚕️

Ruth like many Irish ladies - had fallen into bad habits. The social scene coupled with unknown work hours - made for a poor routine with no structure 🤷‍♀️

Ruth had worked with coaches in the past and most attempts were the 6 week challenge style - where she’d lose a lot of weight and gain it back 🫠

This time she had a goal of returning to Ireland for her sisters wedding so instead of the quick fix - she opted for the longer term approach 💪

In less than 5 months:
✅ She lost 8kg
✅ Totally transformed her body shape

How did she do it:
✨ Daily step target
✨ Counted calories consistently - but still allowed for the odd meal out, drinks and chocolate
✨ 3 training sessions a week (tbh she didn’t hit this every week - between a surgery she had, illness and just general work time difficulties - she often only hit 1-2 sessions - but each week she’d check in and we’d adapt)
✨ Having accountability and support helped keep her on track during a hospital visit, her erratic work schedule and when she was sick (she would have previously fallen ‘off track’ if any of these incidents happened in isolation - let alone al together)

With the right programme that works into YOUR life, a good support network and accountability so you NEVER fall off track or run out of motivation - amazing things can happen 💭

All you need to do - is be coachable and trust the process 🙏 And January 2026 is the perfect time to start ✅
