If you are beating yourself up AGAIN about overeating this Christmas then make 2026 the year this finally changes 🙅‍♀️

I know it feels like you’re a hopeless case and you’re never going to be able to change - but it’s that mindset that is keeping you stuck 🤷‍♀️

I told myself the same thing for years - and it’s now 29th December and I still haven’t done the dog on it. And if I did - there would be 0 guilt or shame involved.

With the right support system - 2026 could be the year you finally feel good over Christmas, feel confident in your choices, maintain non negotiables and reset instead of constantly hitting the ‘f**k it’ switch 💁‍♀️

Anyway I’ve 3 spaces left for 12th January - maybe you’re ready for 2026 to be that year 🫶🚀

2025 was a mixed bag if I’m totally honest - some of the highest highs 🤗 Backing competing, making great friends, getting to weddings, seeing my besties become mothers & numerous flights ❤️

But it was also the year I lost my Granny, I’ve been a decade without my Dad and meeting new people or being accepted in a new place didn’t happen straight away 🥲

Remember everyone will show their highlight reel - it’s ok if you simply survived 2025 ❤️🙏

Just a little reminder that social media makes you think you may NEED all the bells and whistles when it comes to competing 🫠

But the truth is - you don’t! You need a good programme, you need a nutrition strategy and a fu***ng good engine 🤣

The rest of it is expensive fluff 🫠

I told myself when football was finished - that was the end of my athletic career!

Until I found CrossFit and a whole new level of competition was uncovered. I had to learn and develop skills, push myself to the point of pain and lift to almost exhaustion. These top level athletes are another breed - it’s actually crazy!

Last year, I couldn’t manage it all. And I made the decision that level of intensity wasn’t serving my life.

I still do CrossFit 2-3 times a week & compete at an intermediate level - because I do still love it. But I also have enjoyed Cross Country racing this year and I jumped in a mixed doubles Hyrox a couple of weeks ago. My current training allows for me to compete in lots of different methodologies without being tied to one.

And MOST importantly my body is enjoying it too. My energy is good. My skin is clear. And I have a much more balanced life 🤌

Is this called getting older and wiser? 😂
