One of biggest goals as a coach is preparing women for different life stages.
Majority of my clients are aged 30-50. Menopause is coming ladies and there’s no way around it.
While you may not be able to avoid it - hopefully with the right preparation you can reduce your symptoms. Strength training, eating enough calories and protein while prioritising sleep and stress management are all key lifestyle considerations to take into account as you age.
