☕✨ Sometimes the smallest rituals can bring the deepest comfort. Holding a warm cup in your hands is more than just a pause it’s a reminder that you are present, safe and enough exactly as you are.

At Fill Your Cup Therapy, I believe in creating space for these grounding moments, where you can pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself. 💛

✨ At Fill Your Cup Therapy, my philosophy is simple: you can’t pour from an empty cup. So often, we give endlessly to others without pausing to tend to ourselves. Therapy is a space to slow down, refill your cup, and reconnect with what you need to feel whole again. 💛 ☕️

✨ At Fill Your Cup Therapy, my approach is warm, grounded, trauma-informed and deeply person-centered.

With a background in social work, I bring a holistic lens to each session considering not just the individual, but the systems and stories that shape us.

I draw from evidence-based frameworks like CBT, ACT, and Gestalt, blending practical tools with deep presence. Together, we explore what’s holding you back, nurture self-awareness, and gently guide you toward change, clarity, and healing. 💫

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just come as you are and let’s begin. ☕️

Research has shown that small mindful rituals like enjoying a hot drink can reduce stress, soothe anxiety, and increase a sense of emotional safety (Vohs et al., 2013). Whether you’re joining us online or in person, we encourage you to bring your favourite cup — because therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about nourishing the whole self.
