How many say “The World Moves Far Too Fast For Me”
Any wonder that Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Stress are the silent enemy of many!
We must all learn to pace ourselves with Nature.

One should practice “Mushin”, it is the mental act without thinking, the essence of Zen!
When I used to teach my students Traditional Martial Arts, I would ask them when they were in a place of meditation, to practice finding “Mushin”…..,No Mind or Mind like Water!

In life generally we all think too much, we must find time to not think!

SELF IMPORTANCE…

Is a reaction to a persons inadequacies within and is supported by the ordinary mind!
It creates a surface feeling of worth outwardly and lasts as long as one feels it needs to.
Self Importance is like an egg, hard on the outside but soft and vulnerable on the inside!
One must work on finding their inner strength, so that a persons true inner beliefs and strength can be felt by all they encounter, then with that a deep self truth and strength will emanate, glowing with love and self belief.

This state reverses the egg comparison, making one perceivably giving and compassionate on the outside but with strength and wisdom on the inside.
