The first quarter of the Quality Supports Supported Independent Living (SIL) Pilot has officially wrapped up, and our Project Report has been submitted to the NDIA.

This national pilot is an important step in helping the NDIA understand the true cost of providing quality SIL supports. It highlights all the essential business and operational work that isn’t directly funded but is vital to keeping homes safe, compliant and focused on positive outcomes for clients.
From rostering, training and recruitment to leadership, WHS and responding to changing client needs, these behind-the-scenes efforts are what make quality SIL possible.

We also took part in the NDIA’s Community of Practice session in Victoria, connecting with other providers to share experiences, exchange ideas and showcase some of the quality initiatives happening across the organisation.

A big thank you to all of our subject matter experts and staff who continue to contribute their time, insights, and data to support this important work.

Together, we are helping shape a more informed and sustainable SIL sector.
