Our Annual Report 2024/2025 is here.

We've spent the past 12 months on a transformational journey, laying the foundations for a future in which our organisation remains strong, sustainable, and responsive to the communities we serve.

We’ve supported people with disability to transition into safe, purpose-built SDA homes; walked alongside children and families through Foster Care restorations, supporting them to reunite and thrive; and invested in leadership development, building capability and confidence from within.

Our work this year has been about building the conditions for long-term success. We are not just reacting to change; we are Evolving by Design.
