This week a lot of people had a quiet realisation.
Just the moment where you think… “Oh… this is actually me.” 🤪

👉Day one it was the wardrobe moment.
Standing there before the workout thinking
“I should be further along than this by now.”

👉Day two it was the training realisation.
Looking at your workouts and realising you've been doing the same exercises…
with the same weights…
for months.

And somehow expecting your body to change.

Day three it was food awareness.
The bites.
The licks.
The tastes.
Skipping meals during the day
then suddenly feeling starving at night.

And its not because you're lazy.
Because you've never actually had a structure that fits your real life.

And then day four…
You saw how the 21 day structure works.

✅️Training that progresses.

Showing up with a higher standard for ourselves.🔥

Because if you’re honest.. you probably recognise this cycle:

But wonder if it’s actually doing anything.

But the day gets busy and you end up guessing.

“Monday I’ll get back on track again.”
And then another Monday passes. Then another.

But because no one ever showed you before how to align the pieces that actually matter:

I’ve rebuilt my own body multiple times through different seasons of life — including after babies and through deep personal grief after losing my brother and third pregnancy.

I see this stage all the time with those who come to train with me.

You used to feel good getting dressed...Now it’s leggings… and hoping for the best.

You’re standing in front of the mirror… and the clothes that used to fit just right feel tighter than they should.

Or a holiday is coming up and you suddenly realise you don’t feel excited to wear the things you packed.

Maybe someone makes an offhand comment.

Maybe you catch yourself in a photo.

Hey there,
If you're new around here - I'm Regan. And here's some things you should know about me:

I am a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Pilates instructor. Wife to my beautiful husband Jake and mum 2 our two beautiful boys.

Crazy plant lady indoors, outdoor, fruit and recently toward the end of last year added veggie patch to the mix 😂

We were supposed to be 23 weeks pregnant with our third child but we now have an angel watching over us. Sure to be with my brother there as well 👼💔

I'm surrounded by people all the time with my work yet I only have a very few good friends. Quality over quantity. 💎

Our pet rabbit Ace is 10 years old. (I didn’t think rabbits could live this long.) He's literally a part of the furniture and our first baby who never grew up haha (He's a Netherland Dwarf and he's black and oh so cute) 🐇

Movies/shows I love romance, comedy, drama, action, kids movies in fact all of these bring tears to my eyes on the regular 😂..

currently just finished watching Bridgerton, love MAFS, Jake and I are watching The Night Agent but I love a good classic too like Footloose and movies like There’s something about Mary and Dead Pool too. I'm an all rounder unless it's something truly scary then I'm out haha

Adventure is back on the cards this year after a very rough last 2 years for our family. And I'm so friggen excited to feel free again!!

Here's the thing:

❌️It’s not the 5kg.

✅️It’s wanting to feel energised and good in your clothes after tea.

✅️It’s wanting to get changed without adjusting yourself.

✅️It’s wanting to like what you see naked 👀

Right now you’re doing things for sure👇
👉Eating “healthy.”

I used to sit there too... Not lazy. Not clueless.

Just operating below my own capacity and standard.

When I tightened a few key leaks in my approach, everything shifted.

“My stomach isn’t huge… but it’s not as flat as I'd like either.”

I lived in that middle spot for years.

Doing enough, training 7 days a week at one point 😅 (and no you should not do that 🤪). But I wasn't operating at my best level.

Everything changed when I raised my standard.

Not only with my body, training goals. But also with who I was being.

I zoned in on what actually mattered which is this:

✨️I trained with intention.
✨️I stopped “eating healthy” and started eating strategically.
✨️I held myself to a higher level.

And that’s when I met Jake. (Here's a picture of us young and in love back in the day 🤭 I only love him 1000000 infinity times more now 😂❤️)

I didn't meet him because I got into a certain clothes size but because I felt completely at home in my body.

Bright. Grounded. Certain of myself.

👉You don’t attract better from low standards.
You attract better when you evolve.🔥

If you want to feel confident getting changed in front of your partner… if you want to like what you see naked… if you want to move like the one who has it together…

It starts with how you decide to operate.
