Happy 30th birthday to the absolute love of my life 🔥❤️

Jake, these photos say what words never quite can... the kind of dad you are to our kiddos, and the kind of husband you are to me.

You're always there for us, have never let us down, you're cheeky and fun, we love the adventures you take us on and can't wait to do more of that this year together.

The start of the year wasn't kind to us 👼 But my sister said to me.. it can only go up from here and yes it will! We have so much to look forward to! 🎉✨️💥

You have the biggest heart and our kiddos absolutely adore you and so do I.

Watching you be their dad is one of the greatest joys of my life. Doing life beside you is my absolute privilege. ❤️

Here’s to 30 wonderful years of you and a lifetime more of memories, laughter, affection and writing this beautiful life together.

You get dressed and nothing is wrong with your clothes but..

Nothing looks right on you either.

So you change three times and end up in comfy activewear... yet again.

This isn’t a wardrobe issue.. And it’s not actually a weight issue either.

It’s actually just a disconnect from your body issue.. and the way you fix it is simple.

When you feel strong, light, and energised in your body…
✨️You don’t feel the need to hide in clothes.
✨️You put something on and think, “Yep. I like this.”

Here’s what you may not realise:
You may be trying to fix this with food and workouts..

But what actually fixes this is taking note on how your body feels to live in every single day.
Try this:
Instead of asking.. “What should I eat?” or “What workout should I do?”

Ask:
“What would make my body feel lighter and more energised by 3pm?”

Then do that.
Sounds simple but that’s literally the difference.💥

The ones who feel confident in their skin again aren’t doing more.

They’re doing a few very specific things with intention.

This week has been loud. 🥵

If you can still hear phantom crying in your ears after the kids go to bed… this is your sign you’re not alone 😅❤️

Big feelings in our house this week.
Social media a little quieter.
Mum life a little louder.

Sick kiddo. Emotional toddler. Lots of tears. Lots of cuddles.

I’ve said "stop crying" more times than I’d like… and also "it’s okay mate, we’ll figure it out" just as much.

Mum life is very loud here right now.
And it comes first 💙🩵

And somewhere in the middle of all that noise…

I caught myself thinking,
This is why so many people put themselves last.
Not because they don’t care.
But because the days are loud, full, emotional and draining.

And by the time the house or the job is quiet… you are done.
You don’t need more motivation.
You need something that still works on days like this.

This is exactly why I train the way I do.
Why I eat the way I do.
Why I coach the way I do.

Because my plan has to work on the loud days.
The sick kid days.

The emotionally flat mum days.
And it does.

This is where nearly every person I coach begins.
Trying to figure out how to look after yourself
without taking anything away from your family or work.

And the beautiful part?

You don’t have to choose. ❤️

When nothing in the wardrobe is ugly.. but nothing looks nice on you lately..

This was me rolling into Summer, pregnant, hiding the fact because we didn't know what was going on with our pregnancy, wearing whatever I could active wear wise because nothing else fit right 😅

That's when I realised.. you just wear what feels good for the season you're in and move in it.

I get dressed to FEEL good in my skin. I don't think about hiding my postpartum x3 body. It has grown 2 beautiful boys and carried our angel baby for just over 15 weeks.

I'm just getting back into my more structured training routine, I'm moving forwards with gratefulness in my heart. I'm proud of myself for handling grief this way.

My fam needs me, my earthside babies need me, my pet rabbit needs me, my fit crew need me. So I press go.

And this is exactly where a lot of the people who come to work with me start....just showing up, doing their best, and learning to feel good in their skin again.

LET’S BE REAL THURSDAY (yes I'm a day late 🤪)
👉More sweat. More soreness.
👉Feeling wrecked after a workout…

❌️Does not mean it was a better workout.❌️

I know that’s what you’ve been taught.

You leave a session dripping, legs shaking, can’t sit on the toilet properly for 3 days and think...

“That must have worked.”

But here’s the truth no one tells you but I will:
That’s the exact reason you’re stuck.

Because when workouts feel like punishment:
👉you can’t stay consistent
👉your body stays inflamed and stressed
👉your energy flops
👉your cravings go up
👉and you start skipping sessions because you’re exhausted..

And then you think you need more motivation.
You don’t.

You need a smarter approach.

The one's who get toned, lean, and confident aren’t smashing themselves into the ground.

They’re training in a way that:
✅️builds muscle
✅️supports them cellularly
✅️keeps energy high
✅️✅️✅️and is repeatable week after week

They leave feeling worked… not wrecked.

And that’s the difference.

You’re searching for:
“How do I lose weight?”
“How do I tone up?”
“How do I get my body back?”

But the real solution is this:

❌️Stop trying to destroy your body into changing.
✅️Start training it into feeling safe to change.

When you say yes to that change?
✨️You start showing up consistently.
✨️Your body responds faster.
✨️Your clothes fit better.
✨️Your arms feel good out of sleeves.
✨️Your energy matches the person you know you can be.

This is exactly what we focus on in class and in my private spaces.

❌️Not more punishment.

You’re probably wondering who I am and why I keep popping up on your feed…

Hi, I'm Regan and I'm not just here to make you do burpees 😂

Before you decide if you like me, here’s a few facts you should know:

1️⃣ My hair isn't dyed — it’s my natural colour.

2️⃣ I don’t drink alcohol and haven’t for about 3 years. I lost my brother in a tragic accident and worked out pretty fast that me, grief and alcohol do not mix. As a mum and wife, my kids and husband deserve the best of me.

3️⃣ I fully dislocated my elbow on a mechanical bull and my now husband popped it back in because I told him to yank my arm. First instinct. Somehow it worked.

4️⃣ I love gardening. Inside is a jungle. Outside is bulbs, fruit trees and a veggie patch.

5️⃣ I’ve rebuilt my body three times. Once before babies. Twice after. Currently navigating postpartum again after losing our 3rd pregnancy.

6️⃣ I care a lot about how people feel in their skin. Confident. Strong. Comfortable. A little bit sexy. Not obsessed with scales or punishment workouts.

7️⃣ I run group fitness classes and online programs for busy humans who want to feel toned, fit and great in their skin without having to live at the gym.

8️⃣ I’ll be your coach, but I’ll also ask about your kids, your day, and what’s for dinner.

9️⃣ I believe workouts should be short, effective and something you actually look forward to.

1️⃣0️⃣ I still flirt with my husband daily and plan to forever and always.

You can be doing everything… and still feel like you’re behind.

👉There’s a difference between overcommitment and fulfilment.. and most people are stuck in the first one without realising.

👉Work. Kids. House. Commitments. A workout squeezed in.

Always on. Always trying.
Quietly thinking to yourself…
“When is this actually going to feel good?”

So you tell yourself:
Maybe more cardio.
Or a stricter diet.
Maybe I just need to try harder...

I used to live like that....

Up before sunrise PT’ing.
Late nights behind the bar.
Training 6–7 days a week.

No results.
Completely maxed out.
I wasn’t lazy. 🤪

I was overcommitted and under supported.

Here’s the part no one talks about..

✅️You want the toned body, the energy, the clothes fitting better.
✅️✨️But what you need is a way of living your life that your body can actually thrive on the inside.

🔥Consistency over intensity.
✨️Calm over chaos.
❤️Support over self pressure.

Today looked like water park with the kids, a roast cooking, snacks prepped for the week, flirting with my husband in the kitchen. 💙

No doom scrolling.. No numbing from real life.. No “starting again Monday”. Living.

My week is set up, ready to ease myself back into some weight training.

That’s fulfilment... Not overcommitment.

Forget the need to push yourself harder.
You need a way that feels good to keep showing up to on the regular ✨️

Grateful for the people who are helping keep me steady while I do. ❤️
