Forgiveness is the key to releasing emotional pain and energy which is no longer worth carrying

Task for today:Take a deep, slow breath in and allow the weight of past worries to rise with it. Then release it all with a long, open-mouthed exhale—a sigh of freedom and relief.

Earth Element

Do you notice a tendency to worry, overthink, experience digestive issues, or feel off-centre and ungrounded?

The Earth element embodies the container of motherly love, nourishment, stability, and the sustaining power of life. It holds the qualities of fertility, healing, resilience, and compassion—the divine feminine energy that gently protects, guides, and transforms.

Sometimes we take in too much—digesting information that isn’t necessary for our growth. It clouds the mind, creates overthinking, and leaves the body feeling lethargic and depleted. Muscles tend to feel heavy and weighty lacking vitality and strength. Cravings for sweets, brain fog, or a sense of being scattered may all be signs that the Earth element needs support.

An Earth treatment helps restore balance, vitality, and groundedness, reconnecting you with your centre and inner strength. Overall being nourished,supported and whole.
