Monday Messages from the Universe 💜

If you’re sitting smack bang in all the feels this week, please know you’re absolutely not alone.

Emotions are heightened across the board with heatwaves, crazy wind, school returning after a huge break, lots of new, lots of change.

Solar storms are at play here too bringing chaotic energy, grief resurfacing, huge feelings, disrupted sleep, tears, physical ailments and just sheer exhaustion.

The energy feels hectic and chaotic. The closer we move to the year of the horse the more loose ends are coming up to the surface to be tied up, cut, journaled, set alight (safely you know, since there’s a fire ban and all) or however you choose to release them

Take a moment. What is calling out to you? What needs to released right now? What are you holding onto? It could be in a softly softly way or most likely in a loudly loudly hitting you like a sledge hammer way?

Gently move through the next few days. Pause. Rest. Rest withou guilt. Hydrate. Journal. Prioritise nourishing foods that your body, mind and soul will thank you for. Ground. Breathe. Take that extra moment. Choose joy. Fill up your cup. Place your hand on your heart and breathe. Flip the internal talk from lack to recognition of how far you’ve come and the gratitude that is attached to this. Release. Release all that no longer serves you, all that no longer aligns. Then breathe again
