Went for a late afternoon swim yesterday and stepped on something in the water large squishy and very disturbing hence to say I left the Water in a hurry. Returning today I have found what I stepped on and it’s even more disturbing but beautiful in its own way.

Message from spirit…… freedom
You do not need to stay where you are, you can change your position. You can rise up and see the world from a different point of view. You have the wings, all you need is the desire and self-confidence to fly freedom brings movement, flexibility, and the ability to expand your horizons whether it is freedom to travel, freedom to make the decisions at work or freedom to splurge on your favourite meal. Just ask yourself in which area of your life would you like to expand your freedom? Is it time to share the honey from the bee or sting like a bee, it’s your choice you have the freedom to choose your direction in life. If you dont like where you are then get moving and make a positive change.

Ghosts
Disconnecting from Ghosts /Shadows of the past
Let them visit, but don’t let them stay.
I no longer hold substance in your world, and if they linger too long they may become trapped in your psychic. Have you ever found yourself having an argument with someone who wasn’t even in the room?. The argument plays out in your head. That situation that brought about the feelings and emotions that led to the eternal disagreement is a ghost. Like a ghost repeating the pattern of walking through a room as it has done each night since it’s human form past, it is stuck in a moment in time. There is nothing that can be said or done that will change what occurred.
It’s time to pay attention to your feelings regarding a passing event. Are you able to find acceptance and move forward into healing?. Are you unable to forgive or seek forgiveness, allowing old wounds of the past to stay open, taking control of your emotions. Pay attention to when ghost disappear, they may indicate the source of what is troubling you deep within . It’s time to let the ghost of the past go and start your journey in a new direction holding onto these ghosts and allowing them to share in your everyday living keeps you blocked and unable to move forward.
